Orzo recipe?

I'm planning on trying orzo for the first time this week, and I was just wondering whether anyone has any nice recipes using this ingredient? Xx

I usually add it to a minnestrone soup. I used to make an amazing greek lamb recipe Greek Lamb with Orzo | Party Spanner but nowadays I'd leave out the olive oil and red wine and obviously I'd use lean lamb. The feta topping could be your HEXA.
