I hope there are some other older slimmers out there! Most of the posters seem to be much younger than me, so I thought I'd come out and admit my age so any others who grew up to the "sounds of the sixties " for real can join me!!!
I was slim right up till I was in my 40s then it all began, so slowly at first that you hardly notice, now I have 4 stone to lose. Over years I've cried and tried - to no avail: couldn't even get it off for my daughters wedding- now I hate myself in those photos. But enough is enough. I started CD one week ago tomorrow. I am on sole source (VLCD) and have lost 11lbs (on my scales) already. Weigh in officially tomorrow so lets see what happens.
