Pak Choi and Mizuna

Hi All,

Im having a baby leaf stir fry from M&S and there is Pak Choi and Mizuna in there but i cant find these on the free/super free foods list online.

Can anyone confirm if these are free?

Hmmmm Pak Choi.... its always something I wondered what it tasted like.... must get some....

Its green and leafy with a king of thin celery style stem at the end, its nice in a stir fry!
