Hey guys
Just wondering whether anyone has tried the Paleo Diet aka caveman diet? I heard its meant to be good for losing weight especially if you have PCOS but didn't want to jump into it just yet. Any thoughts?
Paleo isn't far off from low GL/GI - it's just less carby because it excludes grains - kind of like a healthier low carb, if you will. I love Low GI (but I also count my calories).
