Cruise PV Parsley Root

Does anyone know if we can have parsley root? And if yes is it available in the uk

I did a search this morning - you can buy seeds to plant now and the harvest would be October I think - the roots can sometimes be a bit scrawny for roasting but OK for stews etc. I wouldnt mind trying some too - a colleague teaches Horticulture so might just mention to him that I have a challenge for his students to grow me some

They look so good as 'chips' don't they. I will order the seeds now, if its sowing time....just a shame we have to wait so long.

wonder if they taste any different to celeriac chips....I had a BAD experience with them *sniffs* x
