Extra Easy Days pasta sauce

Hiya this is my first ever thread. Always just look around an post on other people's. So I'm lookin for a spicy tomato pasta sauce that's quick low/free in syns. Also do the sauces freeze well or go watery. Thanks in advance

I normally do a quick tomato based sauce by cooking tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic, celery, stock, splash of Worcestershire sauce then blend it all together. You could add chilli powder/other spices to get the heat in it

I fry chopped lean bacon, onion,garlic, grated mushrooms and courgette until softened. Add a crumbled beef oxo cube, a goooood splash of Wooshie sauce and a carton of passatta .

Luvverly.

This sauce goes particularly well with homemade turkey meatballs and spaghetti.

Thanks green eyed monster. Courgette is something I never really use only had it in soup blended. Will give it a go thanks
