Pattern of PP and PV once in cruise

Which works best for you? Have you tried another pattern?

I know that you can alternate days or do 5pp then 5pv, i also read that you can do 3pp then 3pv.

I have seen someone mention 5pv and 2pp (sorry i can't remember who).

Trying to decide what i want to do once i am in cruise.

For me, it's definitely going to be alternative PV and PP.

I've enjoyed my attack phase (8 days down, 2 to go) but I think the easiest way for me to stay on track will be to ensure I'm never more than 24 hours away from veggies.

The 5PV and 2PP is mentioned in the Dukan Life Plan book (which I thoroughly recommend - it's so "user friendly"), but it won't be such good weightloss.

i alternate 1/1 which is best with me and sometimes swap round so i can have 2pv at weekends if im eating out
 
i am thinking of doing 4 days pp and 3 days pv so i always have pv sat and sun
 
I do 4 PP (Mon-Thurs) and 3 PV (Fri-Sun) - I love saving my PV days for the weekend :D
