Hey everyone

I'm just posting as I'm looking to see if there is anyone here dealing with PCOS symptoms? Mine seem to be affecting me quite badly at the moment.

I found the more weight I've piled on over the last yr or two, my periods are once a yr again huhu. And random hairs growing all over my chin ect, so joined slimming world to try motivate me to shift this weight.
