Can anyone tell me how many syns there are in a Peanut Snap - Sweet Peanuts bar?
I've just had to eat one as it's all i've got in my bag! and I can't find the syn value anywhere!

If it's a 33g bar, it looks like it'll be 9 syns (using the 20 cals / 1 syn rule). If it's any other weight you can do the maths using the cals v grams.
