Thought Id give a food diary ago. Joined SW on Tuesday and was doing really well, focused, sticking to the diet like a demon. But on Saturday night I was invited out unexpectedly and feel that I have ruined my first week! Ended up drinking wine and eating a pizza....am so ashamed of myself and feel a little foolish . I have always followed WW and lost 2 1/2 stone a couple of years ago and have very recently managed to put 2 stone back on.
OK, have decided that Im not going to let this get me down and am newly focused and am sure that with the support of class and some wonder experienced SW'ers I can lose and keep off this weight before I hit the big 40 in January! EEEKKK
Id like to lose 5 stone....this seems so daunting tho..... but taking one day at a time will help I hope.
So tomorrow will be my first day of keeping a food diary on here....wish me luck!! XX
PS I would love some feedback from someone who has been following SW for a while as I seem to be eating LOADS!! Is it too much!? Lol, Thanks X
