Hi

Does anyone know the syn value of a fresh peppercorn chicken kiev? I can't find this in my food directory and really fancy one for tea

It's an asda peppercorn Kiev - cant find anything anywhere on syn value

It's not listed. so you'd need to post the NVs and someone will calculate it for you

I'm assuming chicken is the Free food? Only the top ingredient on the list qualifies.

Assuming it is, that makes it:

7½ Syns per 100g on Extra Easy

That's per 100g, not per kiev btw, so you'll have to figure out how much that makes the whole pack.
