Hey all, I'm Phil AKA Nightmare, doing SW with my girlfriend (BopKatie). Started on Monday 2nd Jan and hope to drop from 178lbs to 154lbs before our first holiday together as a couple in July.
We'll be going to Kefalonia; a small greek island to the east of the mainland, and I hope to trim the fat and regain my old figure (lose the belly and thighs!) whilst building up my fitness at the same time.
Clothes-wise I hope to fit back into 30/32" waist trousers/jeans, as I'm currently a 36", and drop back down to a medium for tops (from my current large range).
I won't post up food pics, I'll just link you over to my other half's page for those, but I will keep a running track of the food/syns I consume and the weight I (hopefully) lose.
