Picnic Ideas

Hey lovely people, just wondering if anyone has any fab ideas for picnic food? I'm in charge of one tomorrow so I'm taking advantage that I wont have to guesstimate the syns. Just wondering if anyone has any new, unusual, fab or inspiring ideas? I do Green days if that helps. xx

boiled eggs,salad.pasta salad,potato salad,quiche

you could do an EE day and have scotch eggs, chicken drumsticks etc xx

Blimey there is so much you can have.. just prepare it in advance.. look on the recipe pages on here, there are lots of recipes for picnics. More in the summer recipes I think.. x

coleslaw, raw vegetables and dip, bean salad, couscous with roasted vegetables, big mushrooms marinated and roasted in balsamic vinegar and garlic, SW falafel, veggie sausages, beetroot, fruit salad

ive packed a RED day picnic for Ascot tomorrow - ive made SW Quiches, got precooked chicken, lots of fruit, and a white nimble cheese salad sandwich!!!

And wine - oooops! xxxx
