Please check my food diary-slimming world

I' m a little worried as of previous eating problems in the past do not eat breakfast lunch and dinner normally, a little up in the air but all still healthy, for example yesterday 2 eggs and ham and mushrooms for an omlette, no oil, then a hi fi bar, then as i had a sweet tooth a diame bar 7.5 syns, the lunch some pasta plain as doing extra easy today, followed by a little more pasta for dinner plain with an apple and grapes, snack later 2 fat free mullers.

Please help?
 
all looks fine 2 me. def within syns on EE. You need to have your healthy extras though, and probably up your superfree foods. Good luck to you.

If you doing EE you HAVE to have 1/3 of your plate superfree which doesn't sound like you did for bfast or lunch
& can I ask why plain pasta?

If i only had that not only would i get bored quick and loose motivation but i'd be starving.
If you eat right you may find your sugar cravings go down
