Aspartame Free
Help.
I remember a while ago someone stated that Tesco Irish Stew (in a can) was free. However, in Tesco.. there are two kinds. There is the first one 'Tesco Irish Stew' & the second is their 'Tesco Everyday Value Irish Stew' - Are ANY of these free? I'm following Slimming World (EE) & would love to know as I have a few tins leftover of the 'EVERYDAY Irish Stew' - I was eating it a while ago, assuming it was free, lol. Help! Here's some more info on both:
'Tesco Irish Stew'
Ingredients: Vegetables (34%),Mutton (30%) ,Water ,Wheat Flour ,Pearl Barley ,Salt ,Modified Maize Starch ,Lamb Stock ,Carrot ,Onion ,Mushroom ,White Pepper,Carrot Juice ,Black Pepper ,Vegetables in varying proportions: Carrot ,Onion ,Peas ,Potato (Sulphites).
'Tesco EVERYDAY VALUE Irish Stew'
Ingredients: Water,Potato (17%) ,Carrot (15%) ,Lamb (11%) ,Garden Peas (3.5%) ,Tomato Purée ,Modified Maize Starch ,Wheat Flour ,Lamb Fat ,Salt,Flavouring,Colour (Caramelised Sugar Syrup) ,White Pepper.
They both look pretty similar & the cheaper one (everyday value) seems to be less calories.. but is it free, yay or nay!? I used to have the SW app to be able to check everything, but since I'm doing it at home now, I can't check! So could someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE once & for all, settle this! Thanks in advance!
