Hi everyone

Please please please can someone tell me how many syns the morrisons 340g grilled steaks have? I really have a feeling there high was rushing around morrisons and didn't know what to buy for tea!

Hi there

on the box it says 4 beef grillsteaks chopped and shaped beef. 219 cals each 0.3 sugar 17.5 fat 7.5 saturates 0.8 salt 340g. Ingrediants are 98%beef salt sugar dextrose rice flour dried onion modified starch rapseed oil. Hope that helps x
