Hi everyone!
I started Dukan last monday, so its been 11 days... ok, i was doing really well, lost 5lbs by the saturday morning, the problem i now have is that on the sat eve i met up with a friend and we were supposed to have 1 or 2 vodkas and diet coke (knowing i shouldnt), BUT we went wayyyy ott with drinks, even a few shots thrown in! i didnt actually eat anything outside what is allowed on Dukan, just the alcohol which i fear has ruined the diet for me. on sunday i got straight back on it and have been sooooo strict with myself, i continued with attack. yesterday i weighed myself and have only lost an extra 1lb since saturday morning. i am really determined with this diet now and no alcohol is a massive no no. what ive done today (thurs) though is start with the cruise - pv, pp. can anyone help in telling me whether this was the right thing to do? i am worried now that maybe i should have carried on with the Attck for longer seeing as i 'cheated' with the alcohol on sat night. i thought i should start having some veg :-/
