Please please help tesco pasta syns

I am away for the night and am staying in hotel on my own and struggled to find anywhere to eat something. Please can someone look up a pasta for me on syns online. I don't have my food directory with me or access to sw online!

It's from tesco chilled section.
It's called tomato chicken pasta
There are spinach leaves with it and dressing in pot which I prob won't use. If u can't find it on syns online the details are

100g- 180 kcal, 7.3 protein, 20.4 carb. 7.7 fat the pack is 300g

I bet it's high but the best I could find and I won't eat the mayo dressing which is prob the bulk of the syns.

Please help me out guys

Here you go:

Product Extra Easy - 12 Original - 20 Green - 12 Chicken & Tomato Pasta, Ready to Eat, 300g bowl but if you don't eat the mayo I can't see that it would be this high. Just checked by adding the Syns manually and it came back the same.

Well I'm quite impressed as the pot of mayo is 28g and I'm guessing would be full fat! And I'm sure that's about 10 syns so I would say it's 2/3 syns. I have allowed 4 just in case but it was lovely aswell. I would highly recommend it.
