Please, please let this work!!

Hi everyone,

I am a serial dieter but the harder i try, the bigger i seem to get :(

I have tried every diet out there, but over Christmas i made the decision to re-join SW as it was the 'easiest' one. My problem before was that over the 6 weeks i did it, the same weight just went on and off and i got nowhere, despite following to the letter.

That said, if i had sticked to it, i wouldn't have gained the additional 2 stone i am now carrying.

So last Thursday i joined my local SW group (with a different leader) and i am ready to go!

I will try to post a daily food diary too, and would appriciate if anyone notices i am doing anything wrong, please let me know as i feel despite the 'rules' of the diet, i am eating LOADS!

Anyways, here's to a much lighter 2013.

Well another day down. I really hope that i can get some results on Thursday as i am finding this relatively easy!

I have spend ages looking at the before and after pictures, and wow! what an insperation. Well done everyone. Really has spurred me on.

Now off for brekkie. Egg, Bacon, Mushroom & toms today i think.

With our family resolution for the new year to be a bit more active, we have just been for a lovely walk. Was very hard resisting them temptation of a coffee and a cake at the local tea shop, but we did it. And rewarded ourselves with some melon when we got home.

While melon does not hit the spot like a nice slice of cake, it is a great feeling that I had the will power to say no, and that I might actually start to shift this weight! :)
