Anyone doing 4packs with either of these conditions?

I have PCOS although I've had it under control for some time now having lost a couple of stone before falling pregnant with my son.
I do a mixture of 4 packs some days and 3 and a meal other days. I don't know if the condition effects my weight loss at all but some people do seem to lose faster than I do. Its possible its a factor.

I have symptoms which my doctor says is PCOS and just told me to lose weight. That was around 5 years ago. I can only lose weight with VLCD. I've read a lot about pcos and insulin resistance. It totally sucks, but as I don't want to get pregnant I don't think there are any treatments really so I just try to keep my weight down.
