Hi, does anyone know the syn value of a box of salt popcorn at the cinema?

According to the food optimising book, salted popcorn is 6 syns per 28g

If you weigh the popcorn then you prob get quite a lot for 28g as it's so light. Feel a bit silly going with some weighing scales though lol! May be best to try making at home minus oil?

Cinemas normally have scales for pick n mix, im sure they wouldnt mind weighing a bit out for you! (or if you can reach them you could do it sneakly)
