hello everyone i am a lurker on minimins but decided it was time to get my own food diary to keep me motivated. first day is tomorrow and i shall be doing a green day. my weigh in is on thursdays. any tips or advice greatly appreciated for a newbie!
going to post tomorrows food diary (will edit along the way if anything changes) as seeing it laid out before me is extra motivation
good morning world!! its a sunny gorgeous saturday day here and im feeling so motivated for my first day!
saturday, green day
breakfast - 2 weetabix (hex b) with milk (250ml of semi skimmed milk as hex a) a coffee. brunch - cup of hot water and lemon with a mugshot lunch - tomato & herb pasta'n'sauce with mixed in veg dinner - sw spaghetti carbonara (bacon hex b, garlic, parsley, spaghetti, eggs, parmesan, salt & pepper, quark) (using parmesan as my second hex a) with side salad with lemon juice
Re opening this food diary as I've started slimming world again today. Here's to being successful! I'll be using up the food in my house and then doing a big sw shop so will be using things I wouldn't normally use!

Bacon with fat cut off (4 medallions)
3 rosemary and red onion sausages (free I believe?)
Scrambled eggs made with milk (hex a 250ml ss milk)
Apple and banana
Lunch:
Too busy cleaning!
Dinner:
Gammon with fat removed
Boiled potatoes
Mixed veg
Weight watchers toffee mini pot ice cream - 4.5 syns
4 bits of caramel galaxy = 9 syns
