Hiya can anyone tell me the porridge nutrition if making it with water - I can only find it with skimmed milk - thanks :-D
 
On my fitness pal it's 144 calories with water if that is any help? Sorry dont know the full nutritional value.

For fewer carbohydrates and less sugar, mix with water.

Ingredients: Protein blend (milk protein, vegetable protein), Oat bran, Oat flakes, Vegetable oil, Corn bran, Glucose syrup, Fructose, Vitamin and Mineral mix (acetate (Vitamin A), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), tocopherol (Vitamin E), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), niacinamide (Vitamin PP), calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), biotin (Vitamin B8), folic acid (Vitamin B9), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), calcium phosphate, ferric pyrophosphate (iron), zinc oxide, potassium iodide (iodine), selenium, manganese, copper), Inulin, Oat fibre, Acidity correcting agent (potassium citrate, potassium chloride), Natural flavour, Stabilizer (magnesium phosphate), Sweetener (sucralose).

Nutrition information per meal/sachet/35.5g when mixed with skimmed milk: 200 kCal, Protein 19g, Carbohydrates 15.4g of which sugars 8.8g, Fat 6.1g of which saturates 1.9g, mono-unsaturates 1.7g, polyunsaturates 2g of which Omega 3 0.1g, Omega 6 1.1g, Fibre 3.2g, Sodium 0.25g.

Nutrition information per meal/35.6g sachet when mixed with water: 146 kCal, Protein 14g, Carbohydrates 7.88g, of which sugars 1.27g, Fat 5.82g of which saturates 1.73g, mono-unsaturates 1.59g, polyunsaturates 1.98g, of which Omega 3 0.09g, Omega 6 1.11g, Fibre 3.19g, Sodium 0.14g.

Well milk is carby (which is why it's not allowed on Atkins - or not much).
