Does anyone know the syn value of tesco golden syrup porridge? I used the milk as part of my hexa but i have synned it as 5? I think this is quite hefty!Isn't porridge a hexb? I don't have my book in work so i can't check!

Hi Melissa. If it's the Tesco Micro Oats Syrup, I'm afraid it's looking like 5 syns per 28g! Tesco Original Micro Oats or Finest Fruit & Nut are both HEB but I'm guessing that darned Syrup is the baddy. :sigh:

I don't even like it that much, but I just grabbed it out of the cupboard on the way to work this morning! What a waste of 5 syns!!!!!
