Hi can anyone advise me if symington's plain porridge sachet's, 27g can be used as a healthy extra b.

The used to say that "you can replace any branded breakfast cereal with a supermarket own brand of the same cereal" (I guess that hasn't changed) - so assuming the Symington's one is an "Oat so Simple" lookalike you would be able to have that with one Ryvita dark rye / original / sesame
