Does anyone know if those little oat so simple porridge sachets can be used as a HEXB? I know the plain ones can be, but what about the golden syrup ones? I hope so cos they are yummy!!

The syrup ones have syns hun, they are 6.5 per satchet. xxx

You could have the plain one and add your own golden syrup at 2 syns per level tablespoon.
