pot noodle in a mug - syns please?

Hi All,

My local supermarket don't appear to have "mugshots" but they do have Pot noodle in a mug. Does anyone know what syn value they are?

Could someone also confirm that the lowfat supernoodles by Batchelors are free on green?

Hi Jules, the spicy curry, chinese chicken and tomato & herb are free, the roast chicken is 1 syn
Not tried them yet
