I have found myself having SW chips with almost every evening meal I make lately and as yummy as they are I have decided to try n add a bit more variety to the good old spuds !

I have bought some little pearl potatoes today and just put them in a oven dish with some chunky onion wedges, peppers, fresh chilli and garlic and sea salt and a spray of fry light .
They smell fab even before I've cooked them

Dies anyone else have any potato recipes to share ?
Going to have mine with a big steam and veg

That was ment to say steak oopps

I know a way to cook steak, pan at full heat, no oil and dont put it on as much as you think you should, fresh ground black pepper all over the steak this prevent the steak from burning, throw the steaks on the pan fry each side 3 minutes which is well done, while on the pan do not touch the steaks this can remove the pepper and cause the steak to burn. when they have done their time wraped up in tin foil and let it rest in it jucie's. I usually put them with roast parsnip and carrots and homemade mashed potato its very nice :) And i dont think its high in calories as there is no oil used and i dont add anything only low fat an low salt butter :) Hope this helps :)

i love making bombay potatoes

½ lbs potatoes peeled and diced
1 tin tomatoes
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon chili.
½ teaspoon turmeric
½. teaspoon garam masala
bunch coriander

Spray pan with frylight then add mustard seeds when cracked, add the potatoes and spices, liquidise tomatoes and add. Cook on low heat until potatoes are soft, add coriander and serve.

or fry a little bit of chorizo with some onion (bout 3 syns worth of chorizo is 30g)
then chuck in some cooked potatoes new potatoes work best fry with the onion and chorizo until coated in the oils from chorizo then serve with chicken and salad or anything really nom nom nom

those bombay ones sound great. Definitely going to give that a go.

I'm a massive potato fan myself... :D baked potatoes, new potatoes with herbs, rosemary and garlic cooked in frylight, or just regular boiled ones... mashed potato with paprika... mmm
