Well its week 2 and after a brilliant first week and brilliant loss of 7lbs, im struggling abit now. Think it has alot to do with the fact ive got the flu, feel sick but still want to eat bad bad things!
Scales are also telling me ive put on even though i dont officially WI till friday i usually hop on every two days to see how im doinf(dont tell me to stop it wont happen).
Today ive had
ww tuna filler with nimble bread5 pp, a wrap with turkey ham7pp and for dinner im having ww pizza and chips17pp.
Ive got 8 points left to play with for pudding and supper.
Just feel so bleugh which is horrible when its only week 2
