delighted to see minimins back so thought I would start thinking about primal christmas holiday ideas. Not just food - sleep, play & daylight too!
My list so far:
outside in "daylight" every day
sharing great primal recipes with friends (take a dish instead of worrying whether anything I can eat)
dust off the pull up bar!
keep bedtime reasonable...
what would you add?
