Princes Salmon Fillet in Lemon Flavoured Sauce with Dill 125g

Hi - does anyone know the syn value of the Princes Salmon Fillet in Lemon Flavoured Sauce with Dill 125g

Hoping it will be low syn as I just had some and it was delicious. I boiled some wholemeal pasta and added some mixed veg to the pasta for the last 4 minutes, drained, seasoned with lots of black pepper and a little salt, and stirred in my lemon salmon (so it broke up). It really was delicious. And I only needed half of it with some salad, so it's a pretty handy quick cheap dinner if the syns are acceptable.

Was it canned? if so 1 syn on red/ee, 11 on a green, it sounds yummy, pity I don't like salmon!!!!
