Wow thats quite a lot maybe I should limit them? Or stick to a lie calorie diet. I don't know what's best I've been told I need them for weight training
You only need protein shakes if you want to build significant amount of muscle, which I assume you don't. You certainly don't 'need' them to weight train full stop. If you want to up your protein intake then there are loads of protein rich free foods you can have rather than a shake
I agree I train in the gym alot and never use protein shakes. You will cut your body fat and build lean muscle but SW wont work with it. Try red days and train the same ?
