I just had bangers and mash at the pub....how many syns (obviously estimated) do you think it will be? It was 2 lincolnshire pork bangers....

Well its....
Basic/Non Branded Foods Sausages, lincolnshire, standard, raw/grilled 57g thick
5 Syns on Extra Easy
Original 5 Syns
Green 7½ Syns
Then I would add about 2-4 syns for the gravy (if any) and I expect the mash has some milk or butter in so......
Basic/Non Branded Foods Potatoes, mashed, homemade with milk & butter 100g
1½ Syns on Extra Easy
Original 5 Syns
Green 1½ Syns
