Pub meals

Hi guys I'm taking my mum out for mothers day and were going to a pub for my dinner......can anyone recommend what to have that is low in calories and the amount of calories they are roughly
 
Hi the pub im going to to is a one off pub....checked online for menu nothing :(
 
Something like a chicken ceasar salad with no dressing or parmesan, or a chicken breast burger and leave the bun.. Just think logically - sauces tend to be very fatty, if there's unnecessary bread then leave it (can be 160-200cal a roll)
Obviously things like steak are quite high also.

I tend to have a side salad with whatever I get, and fill up on that first.
Although since you're paying you'd probably not want to waste food, so maybe just have a day off lol :)

fish and about 10 chips with some cucumber as my side salad

i have put it down as 1100
 
I'd guess about 900 I think? I found a large deep fried battered cod entry that was 688? And I can't see those few chips being more than 200?

Anyway less stressing about that!!! Did you have a good time? That's the most important thing. One meal won't make you gain it all back xxxx
 
I've put it down as 1200 and I've burnt 262 calories and I don't think I will have tea or very little if I do as I'm still stuffed from dinner

and yes OMG it was lush and a very good price too

me and mum had fish and chips and i had a diet coke and mum had barcardi and diet coke and it only came to 17.60 which I thought was a bargain
