Total Solution Puffy and bloated!!!?

I'm doing three Exante packs a day at the moment and am having plenty of water, but I just feel soooooooo bloated, and my face is all puffy. In the past when I've stuck to plan (LLT previously, or a week of Slim n Save last week) I wake up in the morning with a lovely flatter tummy, which is a huge motivator for me - but i can hardly do my (big) trousers up this week!

Could it be something in the packs disagreeing with me? I feel as though I've mainlined carbs, but haven't at all. I have a constantly grumbly tummy, and yesterday had really bad wind (!!) all day. Aargh. I'm having one porridge, one soup and one shake a day. (I'm not having bars as they give me the munchies.) Can anyone relate?!
 
I felt like that for a few days myself, I think the body just goes through an adjustment period, I assume it's do do with the masses on water on an empty stomach. The extremely loud grumbling tummy is totally normal, it comes and goes, my hubs thought there was a thunder storm one night last week...but it was me!!

Keep on your water and try some peppermint tea, thats helped me, I'm no longer bloated but I am seeing puffy face some morning which is usual for me, but not I would have thought on this diet. Are you adding anything to your soups?? I found celery salt and curry powder don't help and I've laid off the buillon completely

I naturally retain water. Always puffy in the mornings, especially if I've been toasty hot in bed. Any salt bloats me. I find green tea helps me with that bloatedness, and the grumbling tummy affects me too xx
