Hey all,

started WW last week and tonight is my first WI.....i know i have lost....but i am still nervous....LOL.

I have been taking pics where i think my WW meals have be particularly brilliant so i will post them up soon :)

Today i had a Maccy D's - was good though and had a kids meal so i am well within points :D
 
well wonderful wonderful news! I lost 7lbs.... its amazing....i never expected to lose that much at all. I was hoping for a 3lb loss....LOL
 
no i didn't because i thought the weeky was a safety net! LOL.

I joined the gym today and worked off 200 calories :D I am gonna go tomorrow when its earlier and therefore quieter. I don't like the gym when its busy as i am shy exercising.....this one is full of skinny girls....LOOOOL
 
hey all feeling a bit stressed with my gym going. WW is going all good - and as far as my diet is concerned i am 'in the zone'.

I loved going to the gym before....however i had only ever been to women's only gyms. And now i know why they were invented. Nothing to do with guys either. Because the ind of women that go to mixed gyms sem to be handpicked from the perfect gene pool :confused:

98% of the female population in my gym are about size 8, tanned in a nice way (not the chavvy gravy way) and seem intent on stalking me round the gym.

I am currently size 18....and was nearly in tears when i came out.

To be honest i know i will never be a size 8 - my smallest has been a small 12. And that was perfect on me. But these women just ooze confidence.

By the end of my workout i am fuchsia coloured and these ladies don't even seem to have broken out a sweat.:jelous:

BLURGH.....

dreading going back but dammit i need to lose this weight!

quick update: gym is getting better.....i just go earlier, and today seems to have been a nicer mix....u know like couples, ppl losing weight, the usually fitness fanatics who i quite admire!

I have done gym 4 times this week :D just a tad proud of that!

Tomorrow is weigh in and i am hoping that i lose again.

Last night i went out for dinner to Jamie Oliver's Italian....omg it was devine. I skipped starter and bread but i had dessert. LUSH!

I have taken that out of my weekly and factoring the gym/exercise in i am hoping it will be a loss :rolleyes: I will cry if i don't lose!

Found myself getting hungrier since the gym started up - i am really going to have to start making zero point soups etc to fill me up.

Do you take music into the gym with you? Once I have my earphones in I tend to forget about the other people x
 
oh yes - i can't exercise without music....it really motivates me!
 
wow 7lbs is awesome, i know what you mean about the gym, i went to a women's only one and it was okay...but then i went to a unisex and it was full off skinny minis and muscle men and i felt like i stuck out like a sore thumb, 4 times in a week is great though your doing fab!
 
well guys i lost another whopping 2.5lbs :D And got my 5% :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I am so thrilled....cos i had a few hairy moments where i felt hungry and had to sort my head out!

The leader was telling me to take it easy - ermmmm i so did. Weeklies went on a naughty eating night out and i have been sneaking some of hub's food in my gob when he was AND wasn't looking!

Treated myself to some WW fizzy cola sweets....and coccy popcorn bars, and OMG are they NICE!!!!! :flirt2:

Off to gym tomorrow....get some more lard off of me :rolleyes:

was a bit silly today -meant to go to the gym only i had a rough nights sleep and will do the cross trainer at home. Not quite the same but i swear i will go tomorrow!!! :rolleyes:
 
AAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!

I missed the gym again. I hate myself for being so blimmin lazy.:cry::cry::cry:

I am gonna do an hour on the cross trainer - but i still feel bad about it :cry:

 
Don't be so hard on yourself! An hour on the cross trainer is more than enough :)

i don't if i actually make it to the gym

feeling a bit sorry for myself tonight...the hubs is ignoring me. I have PMT and don't have time for ppl making me feel crap :mad:

I had to have a minor pig out earlier.....used my weeklies. But i feel fed up right now. :cry:
