Quark?

If that's how you spell it haha I've just bought some quark and made some chilli com carne my fave topped with sour cream normally

I've heard mixed reviews about the quark some say they love it some said they hate it was wondering what it's like topped on top of chilli con carne instead of sour cream ? Is it similar ?
 
I like it and use it as a substitute for cream in soups and sauces. Don't forget to add a little sugar even in a savoury dish as it has a very sharp taste.
