Hi everyone,
So today is the day I've had enough!! Starting calorie counting to shift some serious weight.
I'm looking at 5 stone to lose altogether but taking it half a stone at a time.
I'm going to be sticking to 1200 cals a day & putting my diary on here.
A little about me
My name is Jo & I'm 26. I have a little boy whose 2 1/2
I've recently just got married and we are trying to get pregnant again.
Wanting to shift the weight so I don't put anymore on in pregnancy & just to be generally healthy for my kids. We also have a holiday booked for the end of sept 2015 would be great to wear a bikini & feel good.
