According to my "Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution" book you can have 230-340g salad vegetables and 140-200g of other vegetables as long as the salad vegetables do not exceed 230g.
Is this how everyone else measures their portions because i've seen people referring to their portions as "cups" and think this would make things a bit easier.
For lunch I had tuna mayo with lettuce, cucumber & peppers (140g of salad in total) and this made up quite a lot, does that mean I can have up to 200g of other veggies with my dinner.
I think i'm starting to confuse myself, thinking too much maybe, I don't know?
