question for a friend starting SW

tbh i dont think she even needs to go but she does so who am i to stop her? lol but she is only small and by noway overweight! i know to join SW u need to have at least 7lb to loose, so is that 7lbfrom where u want to be? or 7lb overweight according to BMI? xXx

7lbs from where you want to be, as long as that doesn't take you out of the healthy weight range

It's 7lb minimum loss but it can't take you below SWs minimum weight for height.
