I'm just into week 3 and have some questions...

I'm drinking over 3 litres of water each day, but I feel really dehydrated, is this right?

I know I shouldn't weigh everyday, but this is how I stay motivated, I haven't lost a thing for 4 days now, why is this? (can you tell I'm an Aries?! Impatient!)

hiya, i had days like that two where i just felt i needed to drink more but i found that was directly linked to the amount of black coffee i was drinking, so i limited the coffee intake and upped the water, try sparkling water, it can be a bit more refreshing.

I wouldn't focus on what the scales say as this is what can lead us to cheat or fall off the wagon, i know it is frustrating that you haven't seen a lose in 4 days but our bodies are weird and wonderful things and do as they please. Some weeks weight loss can be slower than others, try weighing once a week, the motivation will still be there, my loses were a bit up and down (not by much) but some weeks i would weigh in a couple of days early not lost but by the weigh in day i would have lost a couple of pounds. Just keep at it, if you follow the diet properly you WILL lose the weight!

Thanks Hun. I only have two cups of coffee a day, the rest is water, and my treat is one can of coke zero. I may try upping it to 4 litres.
