Quiche ideas please?????

I am not a quiche fan at the best of times but am going to make one today as it will be handy to nibble on .

Can anyone let me know some nice ideas - I was going to put bacon, peppers and mushroom in mine - does everyone use just eggs or cottage cheese or quark too? And do people add exrtra cheese from their HEA's> Thanks in advance x
