In work today there were loads of treats brought in. In passing someone offered me a mini muffin. I popped it into my mouth not thinking had over half it swallowed before I realised what I was doing damn habbits. Will this throw me out of ketosis. I reckon I ate about 10grams of carbs. I really hope I didn't stupidly set my self back esp when I had been so good at saying no to everything.
