Got myself into a bit of a muddle, just need a check in! I just need to know the syn value of plain frozen quorn mince and plain frozen quorn sausages?

Any help really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Quorn mince is free! Quorn sausages are 1 syn each. Hope that helps!

Thanks missy! Bugger I love my sausages but hey one syn ain't too bad! Wonder if I could shape mince into sausages hmmm? Do you know why it changed?

Quorn changed the recipe about a year ago and I think there is a bit of oil in them now.
Did you know that Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages are syn free and her italian ones are only half a syn - nicer than the quorn ones

No afraid not - Tesco has the italian linda mccartney sausages on offer for a pound a box until 24/9 though

Does anybody know how many syns the Quinn chicken pieces are? I use them in my stir fry

They're free. Plain quorn chciken pieces, plain quorn chicken fillets, and quorn mince are all free.
