any one have any idea how many syns are in quorn sticky chilli dippers. i bought some fresh ones and fancied them with st chips and mushy peas lol as i dont like the sauce

I thought it was quite high actually considering it's going to be 10 syns for a not very big packet

I wouldn't have been able to eat a pack of them by myself. I shared them with my Sister (she got one more than me ) and we had rice and salad with them. I'm happy with the syns anyways

Oh yeah, the pack is definitely for sharing! Well worth the 5 syns IMO.

I think the sauce probably bumps the syns a little bit. But it is very nice
