are free on green a red and are lovely maybe not as nice as the real thing but at the minute they are £1 in asda

I had these the other day expecting them to be yummy but i have to say i thought they were awful! but i suppose you can really moan for £1!

As far as i know, more or less all quorn items are free...

Oh no, there are lots of quorn products with a syn value and some of them are very high. So be really careful and never assume they are syn free - if in doubt, ask!

Did u have the surprinsgly tender ones, or just the peppered steaks, I could only find the syn value for the surprinsgly tender ones, they are free but the other ones when i put in the calculator came up as 5 and half syns??
