Quorn sausage

I need a 'junk food' dinner. I have hardly anything in my cupboard. I have some SW chips in the oven can anyone suggest anything nice to go with them? I have no meet here tonight What about Quorn sausage? Do they have syns?

Yes, they are all syn'd. Pretty sure they're at least 1 syn each but think some varieties could be higher.

If you want syn free - what about simply egg & beans with the chips. .You'd have to incorporate some SF if you're on EE though!

What a fab idea! I have egg and beans and Salad! Woop woop. I will use my syns for some ketchup instead! I really need to learn the tricks of the trade hahaha
