I'm practically surviving on these but am in cruise and didn't even think of them in attack.
The stricter you are- the better the results. But you gotta eat right, so do what you gotta do
Think there's a bit in the FAQ about quorn. It's meant to be better if it's not products ie if it's "chicken" or "mince" rather than "escallopes" or "sausages". That's my interpretation anyway! Was gutted as I loved meat-free burgers!!
I would leave them until cruise, you will have better results on attack without them but I ate them all the time on cruise and conso and they never stalled me. It's a bit trial and error, you have to see what works for you
