Quorn stir in Bolognese sauce

Hi there,

I just joined last week (first weigh in tomorrow! Eek!). I was just wondering, I know spaghetti is free but I have this quorn stir in bolognese sauce and I'm not sure how many syns it would be. I can't seem to find anything in the book.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

It is a quorn simply add one, but bolognese isn't there
