Quorn

Hi, could somebody tell me, is quorn meat such as the sausages free on any/all the plans plz. Just a little confused about it thats all.

The quorn pieces and mince are free. The sausages are 1 syn each and the dippers are 0.5 syns each.

The sausages are definitely 1 syn on all plans, its in the back of the book. The chicken pieces/mince are free on green and EE, not sure about red as I never did it but i'm sure it will say if you can use meat replacements like quorn in the book (it says it on the pages about EE and green)

Yes free on red. The quorn roast is free as well.

I've discovered their chicken light bites, the spicy one is half a Syn! I've just had a whole packet with cous cous, celery, tomato and natural yogurt! A massive bowl for half a Syn. The Quorn stuff is amazing and saves you having to always make sure your meat in lean.

I was looking at them but they are too expensive for my taste. I got a Quorn Family Roast for £2 inTesco earlier in the week and just slice or cube that and fry it up with some seasonings. It does several meals and so is very economical.
